Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide technical support services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our IT team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document request history and work in our Help Desk Ticketing System
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computer hardware and software
  • Triage and route advanced technical requests to the appropriate personnel
  • Provide timely resolution of problems or escalate on behalf of the user
Requirements
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users
  • Strong focus on customer service and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in a help desk or technical support role and experience with ticketing systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions
  • Proficiency in various operating systems and understanding of network fundamentals
