Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team at Avaya. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing daily onsite support to our customers, answering calls from the help desk, and troubleshooting technical issues with the VoIP phone system.
You will work closely with our team to resolve issues within the scope of your position and provide guidance to end users on procedures and policies for the administration and security of Avaya-provided hardware and software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily onsite support to customers
- Answering calls from the help desk and troubleshooting technical issues

We are looking for a team player with a demonstrated willingness to learn and progress. You should have a strong understanding of the SSA TPCO VoIP Solution and be able to provide clear and concise client support.
Key qualifications include:
- Associates Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Windows 2007, Email, Collaboration, and Internet navigation
- 2 years experience in technical help desk support or a related equivalent type of position
- Aptitude for technology and an understanding of VoIP technology
The pay range for this opportunity is from $52,700.00 to $71,150.00 + performance-related bonus + benefits.
This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
