About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at InterSources Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and communicate solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Utilize troubleshooting tools and skills to manage and administer desktops, laptops, and tablets.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve technical issues and improve our services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide solutions to technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
