Project Manager Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and consistently fulfilling the company's contractual commitments. Our services in construction and restoration focus on timely and profitable execution, guaranteeing the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.

Efficiently provide all necessary services to promptly restore the client's property to its original condition, minimizing repairs and downtime following property damage. Our goal is to streamline the process and ensure a profitable result for all stakeholders involved.

Project Manager Responsibilities
  • Possess current IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certifications.
    • WRT, AMRT, ASD (optional)
  • Strong grasp of business management, operational workflows, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to guide teams of technicians.
  • Capable of strategizing, solving problems effectively, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in generating Xactimate estimates.
  • Adept at learning and utilizing various technologies.
  • Willingness to work in the field as necessary.
  • Meet or exceed established targets for responding to and completing estimates on losses.
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Achieve or surpass profitability targets on managed projects.
  • Plan and oversee projects to successful completion.
  • Secure written contracts and payment terms for projects.
  • Ensure an efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork from the job site to administration.
  • Coordinate resource allocation of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors with the scheduler.
  • Monitor equipment usage on company projects.
  • Participate in and assist with company meetings.
Project Manager Qualifications
  • High school diploma (or GED) with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in managing construction or restoration projects and supervising teams.
  • Associate (2 years) degree or bachelor's (4 years) degree in business or construction management preferred. Advanced knowledge of building construction, remodeling, or restoration. Understands the relationship between direct labor and profitability.
  • Understanding of financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and budgeting. Ability to review completed job costing, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficient technical skills, experience, and certification in the areas of service the company provides.
  • Strong math skills. Able to quickly and effectively translate remaining work into manpower planning, project completion times, and review and assess labor time reporting. Effectively project job costs based on work remaining.
  • Skilled in creating advocates, not adversaries, during negotiations.
  • Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and software, especially MS Word and Excel. Experience with Xactimate software is a plus.
  • Effective in receiving feedback and input from customers and employees, probing for additional information or unspoken issues, and providing timely responses.
