About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Ticket Sales to join our Strategic Partnerships team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling ticket packages across our event portfolio, driving individual, group, and VIP ticket sales for numerous live event sports properties throughout the calendar year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in assigned properties and sell new ticket packages, including individual, group, VIP, and potentially travel packages, luxury suites, and/or sponsorship packages.
  • Make consistent high-volume outbound sales calls and work events, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
  • Represent the organization at events and off-site community events, promoting sales and providing excellent customer service to prospects and current clients.
  • Maintain computerized records of all customers and prospects with our CRM system and attend weekly meetings and actively participate in training sessions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in successful ticket sales for a sports team, sports or entertainment property, or related organization.
  • Strong desire to be a sales industry leader and ability to comfortably and persuasively present sales material to potential clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and commitment to personal integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs/projects concurrently, inclusive of a detail-oriented and organized approach, and produce high-quality work at a fast pace.
  • Proactive, team player with a strong work ethic and willingness and ability to work long hours, including holidays and weekends as required.
