Position Overview

Client Relationship Consultants are responsible for cultivating strong connections with clients through various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions, scheduled appointments, and virtual engagements. Building trust is essential, as you will assess and respond to clients' banking requirements, manage customer and account data, and provide guidance on available deposit and loan products tailored to each client's specific objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up.
  • Identify and recommend solutions for both new and existing clients by effectively engaging in dialogue.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of consumer and business banking offerings, including digital solutions.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming clients and efficiently processing transactions.
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to optimize client service.
  • Facilitate the opening of new consumer and business accounts, handle service requests, and process credit applications.
  • Educate clients on emerging digital products and self-service options to meet their financial needs.
  • Utilize available resources and technology to enhance the client experience with operational excellence.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of four to five years of relevant retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships through proactive engagement
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- In-depth knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and support systems
- Familiarity with all retail banking products and services
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales initiatives and promotions
- Proficiency in using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
- Ability to identify and address clients' true needs with a digital-first approach
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferred
