Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop Property Managers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Property Management Systems, ensuring seamless operations and data accuracy.
  • Reporting: Analyze and present financial and operational data to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and driving business growth.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Prospect and Resident Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain residents, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage unit and amenity pricing, complete required training, and conduct routine site audits.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of property management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Regional Manager or multi-site manager role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Property Management Software (Yardi preferred).
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
