Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, you will take on a role that is diverse, engaging, and challenging each day. This position will enhance your interpersonal and commercial abilities, offering you genuine opportunities for personal and professional advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities and lead generation
- Oversee the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and close of sale
- Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
- Search, source, and screen potential candidates using various online resources
- Establish strong partnerships with clients to support their growth by delivering optimal solutions for attracting candidates
- Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly assess candidates
- Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants within the office
- Participate in the proposal process by crafting and presenting proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates
Candidate Profile:

- A minimum of 6 months in a recruitment or sales development role.
- Experience in prospecting is essential.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- A positive attitude and a competitive spirit, with a proven track record of meeting quotas or objectives.
- A strong desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results and to grow as a sales professional.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent.
