Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial onsite role, driving growth at Point B by leading mid-sized business and technical initiatives that address client challenges.

Qualifications:

  1. 7 to 10 years of experience leading or participating in business or technology projects, ideally in a consulting context.
  2. Proven ability to manage complex projects, conduct business analysis, and drive process improvements.
  3. Experience in managing mid-sized projects.
  4. Cross-industry experience is highly valued, or deep expertise in a specific strategic industry.
  5. Consulting experience is preferred, with required customer-facing experience.
  6. Experience in coaching or advising on project management activities.
  7. Familiarity with technology, systems implementation, PMO, operations, or process enhancement is desirable.
  8. Proven track record as an effective team member.
  9. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000-$177,000 USD annually. This range is provided to comply with local and state regulations. Individual salaries may vary based on factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and unique qualifications. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual contributions and overall firm performance.
