Job Overview

Position: Recruitment Consultant – Amplify Initiative

Engagement Duration: Estimated commitment of up to 10 hours per week

Compensation: $50 per hour

Summary: The Academy Group, Inc. is in search of a Recruitment Consultant to oversee outreach and candidate acquisition for an upcoming program.

Key Deliverables: The consultant will be tasked with generating interest from 100 potential candidates for the program, aiming for 8-10 candidates each week. Candidates will undergo a structured selection process, culminating in the selection of 12 to 15 participants.

Materials and Resources: The consultant will collaborate with the Academy team to determine necessary recruitment materials, with costs covered by the organization.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct outreach through various channels to disseminate program information to relevant agencies and organizations.
  • Maintain a detailed log of outreach efforts, including successful and unsuccessful contacts.
  • Monitor the recruitment hotline, engaging with interested candidates and pre-screening them for eligibility.
  • Facilitate reminder communications via calls, texts, and emails as necessary.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Academy team regarding recruitment progress and strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation for information sessions and interviews.
  • Manage follow-up communications with candidates as they progress through the selection process.
  • Ensure all recruitment-related documentation is consistently updated in the designated digital storage.

Engagement Timeline:

Phase I – Marketing Campaign:

  • Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy highlighting success stories and program details.
  • Participate in speaking engagements to promote the program.
  • Distribute informational emails to potential candidates.
  • Keep interested individuals informed with regular updates about the program.
  • Reach out to previously interested candidates to assess their current interest.

Phase II – Recruitment and Information Sessions:

  • Continue outreach efforts initiated in Phase I.
  • Invite individuals on the interest list to attend information sessions.
  • Track candidate engagement through regular follow-ups.
  • Conduct weekly online information sessions.
  • Administer assessments as needed.

Phase III – Ongoing Recruitment and Engagement:

  • Maintain outreach efforts and invite interested individuals to information sessions.
  • Hold bi-weekly online information sessions.
  • Track candidate progress through various engagement metrics.

Note: The Academy Group, Inc. staff will manage the facilitation of information sessions and assessments, while the Recruitment Consultant will oversee communication before and after these events.
