A Senior Consultant provides strategic advice and implements solutions by merging project management principles with the capability to engage and manage client stakeholders, resolve challenges, and ensure projects reach successful conclusions.

Qualifications:

  1. 7 to 10 years of experience leading or participating in business or technology projects, ideally in a client-facing consulting context.
  2. Proven ability to manage complex projects, conduct business analysis, and implement process improvements.
  3. Experience in leading mid-sized projects.
  4. Cross-industry experience is highly desirable, or substantial experience in a strategic sector.
  5. Consulting experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing roles.

  7. Familiarity with technology, systems implementation, PMO, operations, or process improvement is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000-$177,000 USD annually. This range is provided in compliance with local and state regulations. Individual salaries may vary based on factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and unique qualifications. Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion, based on individual contributions and overall firm performance.
