A Senior Consultant provides strategic advice and implements solutions by merging project management principles with the capability to engage and manage client stakeholders, resolve challenges, and ensure projects reach successful conclusions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and implement solutions by integrating project management principles with stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and successful project execution.
- Design and oversee project frameworks, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Identify potential risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and recommend critical decisions for project advancement.

- Lead meetings effectively and facilitate discussions to achieve necessary resolutions, ensuring project momentum.
- Oversee the quality of workstreams and components of the project.

Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of experience leading or participating in business or technology projects, ideally in a client-facing consulting context.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, conduct business analysis, and implement process improvements.
- Experience in leading mid-sized projects.
- Cross-industry experience is highly desirable, or substantial experience in a strategic sector.
- Consulting experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing roles.
- Experience in coaching or advising others on project management activities.
- Familiarity with technology, systems implementation, PMO, operations, or process improvement is preferred.
- Demonstrated effectiveness as a team member.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000-$177,000 USD annually. This range is provided in compliance with local and state regulations. Individual salaries may vary based on factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and unique qualifications. Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion, based on individual contributions and overall firm performance.
