As a Facilities Engineer at Ford, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and the development of our next-generation propulsion systems.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and processes, including battery cell, array, and pack development. You will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
  • 10 years of electrical experience, with a strong background in industrial settings or equipment installation.
  • Practical experience in project/program management, specifically with management of installation contractors.
  • Ability to develop timing and workplans, and coordinate activities for building infrastructure and equipment installation across multiple organizations.
  • Strong organizational skills and a desire to develop a diverse skillset, including air handling, contamination elimination and prevention, power distribution, and foundations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent certifications.
  • 3D CAD review abilities and the ability to read 2D blueprints and construction drawings.
