Personal Lines Insurance Sales Specialist

Brown Insurance Services is seeking a driven and client-focused Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team.
As a leading independent insurance agency in Florida, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and personalized solutions to our clients. We represent top insurance carriers, allowing us to offer a wide range of products and tailor coverage to meet individual needs.
About the Role:- Develop strong relationships with clients through various marketing channels and outreach strategies.
- Identify client needs through comprehensive assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions, including Home, Auto, and Flood coverage.
- Provide expert guidance on policy options, eligibility requirements, and coverage details.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively promoting our product offerings and exceeding client expectations.
- Contribute to agency growth by actively participating in new business initiatives and cross-selling opportunities.
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Possess a valid Florida P&C Insurance License (4-40, 20-44, or 2-20).
- Demonstrated self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn our internal systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
