Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Producer to join our team at an Independent Insurance Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong understanding of insurance products and services, including personal lines and commercial lines.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, and develop strategies to convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, and provide ongoing support and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales and growth.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 4-40 or 2-20 Property and Casualty License, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
