Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients through various marketing channels and outreach methods.
- Insurance Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify coverage gaps and provide recommendations for Personal Lines insurance products, including Home, Auto, and Flood insurance.
- Product Sales and Marketing: Market and sell our Personal Lines insurance products to clients, addressing their inquiries on policy options, eligibility, and coverage details.
- Business Development: Support agency growth by promoting new business, cross-selling, and embracing new initiatives.
- Professional Development: Gain proficiency in our product offerings, services, and internal systems, and stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Insurance Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in Personal Lines.
- Licensing: 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 Florida P&C License.
- Skills and Qualities: Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, capacity to work independently, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technology systems.
