About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify coverage gaps and provide recommendations for Personal Lines insurance products, including Home, Auto, and Flood insurance
  • Market and sell insurance products through various channels, including referrals, networking, and marketing efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to ensure expertise and provide value-added solutions to clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the agency

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in Personal Lines
  • Florida P&C License (4-40, 20-44, or 2-20)
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and adapt to new technology systems
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a valid motor vehicle license and insurance coverage
