Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate between $23-$28 per hour. Additionally, you can expect a $100 monthly bonus for perfect attendance and a $400 bonus after working 15 billable hours.

Job Description

As a Child Development Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing ABA programs in home-based and community settings to improve language, social skills, and play skills in children with Autism.

  • You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Effective communication with families is essential to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
  • You will maintain accurate records of client progress and contribute to their growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma.
  • RBT certification or equivalent experience working with children in ABA therapy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A reliable vehicle for transportation to client locations.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role requires sustained physical exertion for up to 45 minutes, including walking, standing, sitting, and crawling. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain confidentiality of client information.
