Job Title: Child Care Program Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Child Care Program Specialist to oversee all aspects of education, curriculum, and activities for our students.
  • The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of child development and education, and can work well with staff and families alike to ensure educational, fun activities year-round.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize programs and lesson plans for students under your supervision
  • Utilize programs that meet state minimums and standards
  • Order and manage supplies for classrooms based on chosen curriculum standards
  • Train staff based on chosen curriculum and program guidelines

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • Meet state-specific guidelines and hold any applicable certifications
  • Experience previously working directly with children
  • Ability to build strong relationships with coworkers and families to ensure a positive learning experience
