Job Responsibilities:

As a Resident Teaching Fellow, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and implementing lessons in accordance with Montessori principles and practices
  • Managing classroom activities and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive learning experience
  • Providing feedback and guidance to students and colleagues as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with prior experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
