Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Child Care Teacher to join our team at Kiddie University Capitol Hill. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a daily program that addresses the physical and developmental needs of a group of children.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Design and implement a daily program that addresses the physical and developmental needs of a group of children.
  • Supervise staff effectively, ensuring sensitivity to the needs of each child and fostering positive relationships with both children and adults.
  • Maintain a classroom environment that supports children's growth and development and promotes optimal functioning of the program.
  • Collaborate with parents to address behavioral challenges and arrange necessary conferences.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
