**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Child Development Associate Program Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to Candidates and PD Specialists involved in assessments in other languages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the credentialing process and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for early childhood education, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Enter paper applications into YourCouncil system
  • Review application for completeness and process payment
  • Review submitted documents to ensure they meet Council's documentation requirements
  • Issue problem letters/notifications to Candidates regarding missing or unacceptable documents

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field (Specialist I)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Knowledge and understanding of the credentialing process

**Salary Range:** $48,000 - $58,000 per year
