Your primary duties will include greeting and directing members, guests, and staff, maintaining security and control at the entrance, and efficiently handling check-ins and guest registrations. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, handling inquiries and messages effectively, and following up on appointments to ensure they are booked correctly. Additionally, you will be expected to respond promptly to member requests, inquiries, and concerns, maintaining our high-quality service standards. * Maintain security and control at the entrance and retail area

* Follow up on appointments to ensure they are booked correctly

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members
* Basic accounting knowledge
* Functional computer skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Flexibility to work a flexible schedule
* Physical ability to lift 45lbs and stand for extended periods
