Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and lease residential properties
  • Maintain a safe and attractive living environment
  • Ensure high standards of quality, service, and resident satisfaction
  • Operate efficiently to achieve robust financial outcomes

Essential Duties:

  • Exhibit HEROES principles in all interactions
  • Implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations
  • Engage effectively with residents, team members, and management
  • Oversee lease agreements, rent collection, and financial documentation
  • Promote initiatives for resident services
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions
  • Provide support to other communities as necessary

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Preferred experience in sales or leasing
  • Certifications in compliance training programs
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Positive demeanor and customer service focus

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This role involves a mix of office duties and on-site responsibilities. Some travel may be necessary. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 lbs and access all areas of the community. Flexible work arrangements and a comprehensive rewards package are available.
