YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide front-of-house leadership, including training staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining our facilities.

Conduct pre-shift meetings to share important business updates, coordinate station assignments, and communicate our core values.

Participate in the hiring process, mentor and train team members, and provide real-time coaching to enhance team performance.

Collaborate with the Hospitality Leadership team to devise strategies for business growth.

Acquire in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage offerings and guide associates in achieving the same level of expertise.

Ensure accountability for financial audits and documentation, including cash handling, bank deposits, and daily reconciliations.

OUR REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the hospitality sector.

Ability to work autonomously and engage with all levels of leadership in a dynamic environment.

Proven track record of leading teams and achieving specific revenue targets.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and innovative mindset.

Strong decision-making capabilities.

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
