Key Responsibilities- Assist the community's staff in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their guests.
- Develop and implement tools and strategies to enhance hospitable customer interaction and improve the overall resident experience.
- Collaborate with the community's staff to maintain a high level of hospitality and cleanliness throughout the Tour Path.
- Deliver the Senior Lifestyle Corporation's Signature Services and understand their importance in differentiating our community from competitors.
- Support the Employee On-Boarding process and help reinforce expectations and standards for new hires.
- Work with the Dining Staff to provide a polished hospitality approach to dining room service.
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing special community events and ensure that every department is notified of new move-ins.
- Support the development and operation of the Ambassador program at the community.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field and three plus years of related experience and/or training.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
