Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the community's staff in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their guests.
  • Develop and implement tools and strategies to enhance hospitable customer interaction and improve the overall resident experience.
  • Collaborate with the community's staff to maintain a high level of hospitality and cleanliness throughout the Tour Path.
  • Deliver the Senior Lifestyle Corporation's Signature Services and understand their importance in differentiating our community from competitors.
  • Support the Employee On-Boarding process and help reinforce expectations and standards for new hires.
  • Work with the Dining Staff to provide a polished hospitality approach to dining room service.
  • Assist in coordinating and overseeing special community events and ensure that every department is notified of new move-ins.
  • Support the development and operation of the Ambassador program at the community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field and three plus years of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
