Key Responsibilities:
  • First Impressions: Assist the community's team members in achieving our First Impression goals and help staff understand how their roles contribute to a successful execution.
  • Hospitable Customer Interaction: Develop tools for staff to interact with residents in a hospitable manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Standardization: Maintain an excellent level of hospitality and cleanliness throughout the community, adhering to one standard across all areas.
  • Tour Path Experience: Ensure the Tour Path is always immaculate, with proper items, events, and interactions in place, and coordinate events and activities effectively.
  • Signature Services: Deliver Senior Lifestyle's Signature Services, which differentiate our community from competitors and enhance our image and level of service.
  • Employee On-Boarding: Play a key role in the Employee On-Boarding process, acting as a liaison between HR and new hires, and reinforcing expectations and standards.
  • Dining Room Service: Work with the Dining Staff to support a polished hospitality approach to dining room service.
  • Special Events: Assist in coordinating and overseeing special community events, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and their families.
  • New Resident Involvement: Ensure all departments are notified of new move-ins, facilitating their involvement in activities and meals.
  • Hospitality Training: Support the community's staff in hospitality training and development.
  • Ambassador Program: Take a role in developing and operating the Ambassador program at the community.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a hospitality-related role.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent organization skills, ability to work as part of a team, and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
