Channel Readiness Program Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a Channel Readiness Program Manager to define and execute a coordinated plan for Aveva offers sold through partners, ensuring a standard set of consistent capabilities and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Create a well-defined Channel Readiness Program, coordinating across functional areas and including products, offers, value propositions, marketing, sales/technical/delivery enablement, pricing, and licensing models.
- Support the rollout, training, and implementation of the program across business units, product management, sales, marketing, and operations functions.
- Develop and track process measurement and feedback systems, including key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the achievement and reporting of progress of the channel readiness plan.
- Create and coordinate deliverables across functional teams to document the program, standardized material templates, and training of relevant teams.
- Regularly report and provide feedback on the creation, adoption, and performance of the Channel Readiness Program.
- Track results and conduct analysis to determine and recommend enhancements and improvements to the program and Aveva's channel readiness approach.
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or 9 years of experience without a degree.
- High degree of proficiency in PC applications, especially Microsoft Office.
- Experience with databases, Microsoft Excel, and analysis tools.
- Ability to create and run queries, create and generate reports.
- Experience working with CRM and PRM systems, Salesforce, and Impartner.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, be a team player, and succeed in a cross-functional team environment.
