Job Summary

The Account Manager, Membership Services is a key role within Hornets Sports & Entertainment, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Season Ticket holders. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary liaison between season ticket holders and organization/arena, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Interact daily with fans and guests in person, via email, and other communication mediums to successfully share and receive information with fans.
  • Responsible for the renewal of season ticket holder's accounts, including securing payments and processing additional ticket requests as needed.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination of sales/services related events, including game day responsibilities such as entertaining clients and fulfilling season ticket holder requests.
  • Compile and report to upper management information regarding interests/concerns of patrons and provide feedback to address those interests/concerns.
  • Work with sales team on all assigned accounts, performing administrative functions as needed and creating and maintaining service/renewal reports.
  • Update and maintain season ticket holder information in company database.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required in Sports Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • One year experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and present yourself in a professional manner as you interact with all levels of the organization and outside contacts.
  • Interpersonal skills – listens to others, works well in a team environment, and demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs, Excel, PowerPoint, and excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Planning and organizing, can prioritize work activities; uses time efficiently and thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
