Job Summary:

The Account Manager, Membership Services is a key role within Hornets Sports & Entertainment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Season Ticket holders. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, administrative support, and the ability to work independently on assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential and administrative support to Season Ticket holder accounts
  • Interface with all levels of HSE to ensure seamless communication
  • Work independently on assignments and prioritize work activities
  • Assist with group sales renewals and event planning
  • Compile and report information regarding patron interests and concerns
  • Perform administrative functions as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration, Business, or a related field
  • One year experience in a customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
