Having dedicated the past few years to creating the core technology for construction automation, we are now rolling out innovative workflows and agents, starting with a Q&A document chatbot designed to integrate seamlessly into construction teams' daily operations. With significant traction among several Fortune 500 construction firms, we are expanding our team to deploy additional agents this year. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the transformation of a multi-trillion-dollar industry plagued by inefficiencies and risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue new account acquisition while leveraging an understanding of Trunk Tools products and sales methodologies.
  • Focus on generating revenue through new product sales to both new and existing clients, including managing inbound leads and conducting prospecting activities.
  • Develop and execute territory development plans to establish rapport and create new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research on accounts to identify key stakeholders and gather business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to sales management on activities and project statuses.
  • Enhance knowledge of competitors to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and account information.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Foster repeat business and referrals by understanding and addressing the specific needs of customers.
  • Engage in networking, relationship building, and lead follow-up through various channels, including product demonstrations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven success in software sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Demonstrated success in both inside and outside sales roles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and online collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Proven track record in pipeline development and sales forecasting.
