Territory Sales Manager

The Everon Business Territory Manager is responsible for leading a team of Business Account Representative Sales team to develop and implement commercial sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, commercial security sales, and customer relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and implement commercial sales functions and processes
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Manage and motivate a team of Business Account Representative Sales team to achieve sales targets
* Analyze sales statistics and market trends to inform sales strategies
* Maintain effective customer communications and build strong customer relationships
Requirements:
* 5+ years of commercial sales experience, including 3+ years of sales management experience
* Strong understanding of commercial security sales and customer relationship building
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to analyze sales statistics and market trends
* Valid driver's license and clear driving record
