We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Expansion Professional to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. This dynamic role involves finding new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving growth in a designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within your territory through proactive outreach and strategic sales efforts.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy that focuses on client acquisition, market penetration, and revenue growth, aligned with the needs of your territory.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing solutions that align with their goals, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Travel: Regular travel (3-4 days per week) is required to visit client sites, meeting with potential and existing clients to build relationships and understand local market dynamics.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system, providing regular updates on progress toward sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of successful territory sales experience, with a strong ability to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to track sales activity and manage client relationships, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • The willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory to meet clients, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to success.
  • A bachelor's degree is required, complemented by relevant work experience and a passion for sales and business development.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, complemented by performance-based incentives and commissions.
