Hospital Director of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Director of Operations to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our hospital operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage hospital operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hospital performance, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Collaborate with medical directors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of medical and operational functions.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians, clients, and other stakeholders to promote hospital growth and reputation.
- 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
