We're seeking a seasoned Hospital Director to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving success in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional patient care and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all hospital operations and business activities, leading a team of dedicated professionals.
- Partner with our Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance patient experience.
- Lead financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with our technology partners to enhance hospital operations and client experience.
- Develop and implement processes to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance client satisfaction.
- 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in healthcare or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Larger scale healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
- Multi-site leadership experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
