About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to join our team as a Hospital Director of Operations, Veterinary Medicine. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly oversee all hospital operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall hospital experience.
  • Collaborate with our Medical Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of hospital staff, including department managers, to ensure effective communication, coordination, and execution of hospital operations.
  • Develop and manage hospital budgets, including financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referring veterinarians, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in a healthcare or veterinary setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing the overall hospital experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of hospital staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
