Key Responsibilities- Directly oversee all hospital operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall hospital experience.
- Collaborate with our Medical Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Lead a team of hospital staff, including department managers, to ensure effective communication, coordination, and execution of hospital operations.
- Develop and manage hospital budgets, including financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referring veterinarians, clients, and vendors.
- 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in a healthcare or veterinary setting.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing the overall hospital experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of hospital staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
