Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of employees to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Operations Management: Manage multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Analyze profit and loss statements, and affect change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and effective teamwork skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: CDL or equivalent required.
