Case Manager Coordinator

At Benton Franklin Health District, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager Coordinator to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong communication, assessment, and intervention skills to provide case management services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social work or psychology, or other behavior health sciences, and at least two years of experience in social service settings. They will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized plans to support clients in achieving their goals, while also providing education on HIV/AIDS related conditions and treatment.
This is a full-time position, requiring regular travel to visit clients and attend meetings and trainings. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under stressful conditions. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to maintain professional boundaries with all clients.
Compensation for this role is $63,000 - $73,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings plan options.
