Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team at Marquee Staffing - OC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in representing the company during the administration of customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and administer contracts for both sustaining and new products.
  • Customer Point-of-Contact: Serve as the primary point-of-contact for assigned customers, managing order review and entry, handling customer requests and updates, and delivering exceptional service.
  • RFQ and RFP Management: Review Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), providing price and delivery information according to departmental policies.
  • Contract Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor the performance of long-term contracts and agreements, summarizing contractual obligations and performance for internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Portal and Metrics Monitoring: Stay updated on customer portals and ensure accurate performance metrics by coordinating with internal team members and customer contacts.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Interface with Production Control, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping/Receiving to expedite orders and ensure on-time product delivery.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain regular correspondence with customers on contract administration, order receipt, pricing, shipping details, and clarifications of requirements.
  • Billing and Credit Resolution: Partner with the Accounting team to resolve any credit or billing issues related to customer accounts.
