Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership across the organization and supply base, leading a team focused on procurement and supply chain initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global strategic partners to drive business growth and cost savings.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring the delivery of quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for purchasing supplies and services.
  • Manage vendor relationships, evaluate and analyze current vendor spend and contracts for potential savings.
  • Oversee reporting on vendor contracts, performance, risk, and relationships to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, procurement/sourcing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in progressive sourcing responsibilities, spend responsibilities in excess of $300 Million USD, management experience, and a thorough understanding and experience in sourcing processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, including influencing cross-functional stakeholders at the C-level.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and cross-functional environment to achieve business objectives.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $115,000 - $213,600.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
