Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Pinkston. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our clients' digital advertising strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and optimize ad buying campaigns, analyze performance data, and deliver insights that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop digital ad buying strategies based on client objectives and target audiences across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and X.
* Launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns to ensure they meet performance and ROI goals.
* Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for optimization.
* Write copy for paid ads, including text overlay, captions, and headlines.
* Assist the design team with content outlines and building creative for campaigns that require static and animated/video content.
* Collaborate with account managers and clients to communicate campaign progress, KPIs, and recommendations.
* Assist in preparing detailed reports on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
* Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and advertising best practices to refine campaign strategies.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and digital advertising.
* Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
* Comprehensive knowledge of digital buying strategy and execution, including writing campaign outlines, identifying budgets, drafting campaigns in-platform, researching and drafting target audiences, and creating/tracking landing page UTMs.
* Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and optimize campaigns based on platform-specific insights and trends.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and campaign performance reporting.
* Proficiency with analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and Sprout Social.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
