Email Marketing Coordinator Job Description

As an Email Marketing Coordinator at Astound Broadband, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will work closely with the Email Marketing team, Digital Marketing and Omni-Channel teams, and corporate and field marketing teams to provide excellent customer service to B2C and B2B marketing organizations.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing best practices, HTML coding, and basic graphics editing. You will possess hands-on experience with email marketing production and execution, including building email templates, writing and optimizing email copy, and ensuring clear UX and design consistency within brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns from planning to set-up, testing, and launch in Eloqua
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create, set-up, test, and launch small- and medium-sized email marketing campaigns
  • Act as primary point of contact for email marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the Email Template Components Library for B2B and B2C brands
  • Collaborate with web team, corporate marketing, and vendors to support brand-wide social media campaigns for B2C and B2B engagement efforts

Requirements:

  • 4 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on email marketing production and execution
  • Strong hands-on HTML coding skills (Adobe Dreamweaver) and a full command of email coding best practices
  • Basic image editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva)
  • Knowledge of and experience with IA/UX & web design principles
  • Base understanding of relational SQL databases and queries, one-to-one and one-to-many table connections
  • Knowledge of CAN SPAM, Privacy Policy for email marketing and list management
  • Knowledge of Email Deliverability and factors influencing it
  • Practical knowledge of email marketing best practices for template design and coding
