The Opportunity

Our Neuromodulation business is a market leader in leveraging mobile, minimally-invasive implantable technologies to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. Our chronic pain solutions include the EternaTM System, ProclaimTM XR SCS System, ProclaimTM DRG Neurostimulator, the only FDA approved DRG therapy, and the IonicRFTM Generator for Radiofrequency Ablation. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum. Our deep brain stimulation technology for progressive diseases help people manage their Parkinson's disease and essential tremor symptoms, steering away from side effects. Our location in Austin, TX currently has an opportunity for an Operations Project Supervisor. The Operations Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of Sales Ops Specialist and coordinating various projects within the sales operations department. This role involves managing project timelines, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead Salesforce management initiatives to enhance sales team satisfaction. Plan and execute continuous improvement projects to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage sales operations projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align project objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of sales operations specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the point of contact for communication with Sales Leadership and assigned operations specialists.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve potential workload, performance, or project-related issues, collaborating with appropriate resources.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met and adjust plans as necessary to address any challenges or changes in scope.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales operations activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years Commercial experience

The base pay for this position is $83,000.00 – $166,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
