Job Title: General Manager

The General Manager is a key leadership role at Project Pollo Inc, responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our restaurants to ensure exceptional customer experiences and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver high-quality products and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and cash management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; food safety certification and prior restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Basic accounting and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
