Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant operations at Project Pollo Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive high-quality products and services, and that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Food Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, and ensure that all food products meet the company's quality standards.
  • Team Performance: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operations Management: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintenance of the restaurant's facilities and equipment.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, inventory costs, and other expenses, and ensure that the restaurant operates within budget.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Four years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members; excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns; strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
