Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Lead Salesforce management initiatives to enhance sales team satisfaction and plan and execute continuous improvement projects to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Project Management: Lead and manage sales operations projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align project objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of sales operations specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Communication Hub: Serve as the point of contact for communication with Sales Leadership and assigned operations specialists.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve potential workload, performance, or project-related issues, collaborating with appropriate resources.
Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met and adjust plans as necessary to address any challenges or changes in scope.
Compliance: Ensure all sales operations activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years Commercial experience
