Job Overview

We are in search of a **Construction Project Supervisor** who will be responsible for managing various construction projects. This role encompasses all phases of project oversight, including **Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling,** and **Execution**.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all facets of construction projects from initial planning through to final execution.
  • Oversee onsite teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Engage with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Negotiate with contractors to secure competitive pricing for services rendered.
  • Uphold high standards of workmanship in alignment with project specifications.
  • Possess a work vehicle capable of towing a trailer, along with necessary tools and technology.
  • Willingness to travel across various states as required, with travel expenses covered by the company.
  • Utilize time-tracking software for accurate reporting of hours worked.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs as necessary on-site.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in construction management or related fields.
  • Knowledge of roofing systems is advantageous.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Note: This position operates under a 1099 arrangement, requiring individuals to manage their own tax obligations. Health insurance is not provided. Fuel and travel expenses incurred while conducting business for Finesse Construction LLC will be reimbursed.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with shifts ranging from 10 to 12 hours, including potential weekend availability.
