Job Title: Vice President, Client Solutions

At Influential, we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Vice President, Client Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving client success and growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with our sales leaders to deliver exceptional client opportunities, campaigns, and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build strong client relationships and develop organic growth through campaign success, innovation, and opportunistic ideas.
  • Lead and engage portfolio teams across clients and campaigns, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet client performance and business objectives.
  • Drive adoption of stated client solutions best practices through example setting and positive reinforcement.
  • Monitor and track client performance objectives for all existing initiatives to ensure program goals are being met or exceeded.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience working in a digital or advertising environment.
  • Excellent engagement and negotiation skills across client management, expectation management, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience and/or aptitude for working in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and priorities with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal clients.
  • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Insatiable curiosity and drive to learn and stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the social, influencer, and commerce space.
