At D2V Clinical, we are dedicated to accelerating the delivery of groundbreaking therapies to market. We are seeking an Associate Clinical Project Manager to play a crucial role in the success of our clinical trials.

About This Role

This is an entry-level position into project management where you will develop the skills necessary to advance your career as a project manager. You will collaborate with talented clinical teams to deliver projects that meet our contractual commitments while optimizing speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop integrated study management plans, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • Take accountability for the delivery of clinical study segments, driving operational excellence and strategic leadership.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders, identifying risks and implementing solutions.
  • Support a cross-functional team by facilitating communication and collaboration to overcome challenges and achieve milestones.
  • Assist with project financial management, forecasting opportunities to enhance revenue generation, and contributing to decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in clinical trials management or project management is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical trial regulations (ICH GCP) and a broad understanding of therapeutic areas.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and good IT skills.
  • Organizational Ability: Exceptional planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
