Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our operations. This role will be based in a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop and manage the critical path project schedule, making necessary updates as required.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and/or Superintendent to create short-term look-ahead schedules and implement Lean Construction methodologies.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and facilitate approvals from Owners, Architects, and Engineers.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of all contract documents, including plans, specifications, and purchase orders.
- Aid in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor and assess subcontractor and vendor performance, addressing any technical or contractual issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction, including internships.
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay at project sites for extended periods, with travel home provided periodically.
- Ambition to advance professionally and acquire new skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
