We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Administrator to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for facilitating internal processes, supporting project managers, and ensuring the construction team has access to all necessary documents.
Key Responsibilities- Process Management: Facilitate internal processes, including budgets, scheduling, customer selections, and updates.
- Project Support: Provide key support to project managers, including bidding and buying scopes of work in ID drawings.
- Document Control: Maintain control of all plans, including specifications and revisions, to ensure the construction team has access to all current documents.
- Pre-Construction Meetings: Coordinate and conduct pre-construction meetings as well as final selections.
- Change Order Processing: Assist in processing change orders.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Procore software effectively or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience in residential/home building construction design or administration.
- Proficient with office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Experience with client-facing interaction and meetings.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects with little supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop scopes of work, budget, and schedule.
